National Bank
When National Bank decided to launch their new flagship in the heart of Toronto’s financial district they turned to Ruscio Studio for the design of the interior environment. The award-winning studio specializes in commercial interior design and brand development working with high profile clients such as Linen Chest, Starbucks and CBC. National Bank and Ruscio Studio have come together to create a banking experience that diverges from the traditional institutional style. In line with the internationally emerging trend in which retail design elements are introduced into the banking environment, they have created a client-centric experience which begins the moment guests enter the bank, greeting and accommodating them for the duration of their visit. Features will include lounge seating, soft lighting, iPod stations, a fireplace, meeting areas for customers and bank representatives in a non-traditional setting along with use of graphics and visuals creating a strong brand identity.
Hear more about the inspiration and approach behind the project in 2 weeks on IDS 12 Trade Day, when Robert Ruscio of Ruscio Studios presents a seminar discussing the global trends in retail design and international banking.
