You can also insert pictures into your message and add any number of links back to your website or other web content. Best of all you can preview your message at any point while you're working on it. If you prefer to build your messages using HTML, you can switch back and forth with the HTML editor at any time.
Form-based Editor
Looking for a template? Why not let BetterMail build one for you. We believe it's better to create a custom template for our clients that match the look and feel of the organization, rather than having them choose from generic off-the-shelf templates that have no brand personality. We'll work with you to create a fill-in-the-blank template designed specifically for your organization. This is called a "back-end form" and lets you easily create great looking emails every time.
Importing Messages
Working with existing graphics? Many organizations have their own art department or work with external graphic designers to create messages using tools such as Dreamweaver. With BetterMail, you can then cut and paste the message's source code (the HTML) into BetterMail, preview it, then send it. It's as easy as that!
Text Based Messaging
Here's another key feature: every time you create and send a message, BetterMail automatically creates a text version of the message which makes it easier for people who don't have access to an HTML-equipped browser to read your message. And every time you edit your message, the text version is automatically updated (optional). You always have the ability to edit your text version separately if you wish.
Unicode (Multi-lingual) Character Support
